It has come to our attention that some unauthorized individuals, including former staff, are fraudulently using the company’s name to offer logistics and haulage services, solicit payments, and mislead unsuspecting customers.

Please note the following:

1. Trax International Investment Ltd. no longer provides logistics and haulage services. Any such business conducted in the company’s name is unauthorized and fraudulent.

2. The company and its management will not be liable for any loss, damage, or misrepresentation resulting from such activities.

3. The public is strongly advised not to engage in any logistics or haulage transactions with anyone claiming to represent Trax International Investment Ltd.

4. Legal action is being pursued against all parties misusing the company’s name or goodwill.

Trax International Investment Ltd. remains a valid and duly registered entity and may continue operations in other business sectors in the future. This notice applies only to activities relating to logistics and haulage services.
